We offer fully inclusive early childhood education programs that include therapeutic playgroups for infants and toddlers, Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classes that feature a Science and Math based curriculum, Kindergarten, school age enrichment programs, adult education, and advocacy support for families of children with special needs.

Our highly qualified staff provides all children with an environment that promotes critical thinking, problem solving, social, and literacy skills.

The Learning House offers a fully inclusive preschool program with on a Science and Math based curriculum. We provide preschool in a non-day care setting.

Preschool: 3 years and up

This class uses hands-on Science and Math and a unique Literacy program to prepare children for Kindergarten.  

PreK: Will be 5 by 10/15/2013

The Learning House offers a fully inclusive afternoon Kindergarten that meets from 12:15-3 PM Monday - Friday.   Our curriculum features Science and Math as well as Literacy.  The Social Studies piece takes children on a trip around the world to learn about customs, foods, and interesting sites to visit of the countries on our tour.    

Ernie Batson, M.A., the Kindergarten teacher, is a licensed Colorado teacher and has been teaching for over 25 years.  In the public schools he has taught Kindergarten, First Grade, and K-6 in a one room schoolhouse.          

Kindergarten: Will be 5 by 10/15/12

For those parents going through the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for their child, we offer support in a variety of ways.  We will sit down with you before and after the IEP meeting to help you understand the document and get what you want for your child.  We also go to IEP meetings with parents.
