Summer science camp programs at The Learning House are a great way for children ages 5-8 to explore science topics in a fun and exciting way. 

Children can explore a wide range of topics that include: blasting off to space, learning about rocks, building and taking apart machines, exploring the rainforest, and building a roller coaster.  Hands on activities promote lasting learning and big fun!

Water Water Everywhere! - Age 4

A cool class for­ the dog days of summer! Kids 4 years old will learn about sink and float, build boats, and “walk”
a drop of water.
 
A Rainforest Adventure
- Ages 5-8

Young wildlife biologists will travel to the Amazon Rain Forest and study floods, build an environmentally friendly elevator, and learn about the habitat of the golden lion tamarin monkey.

Extreme Engineering - Ages 5-8

Our Place in Space - Ages 5-8

Liftoff to space, make a moon landing, and get back to Earth, all in 4 days. Young astronauts will love this camp where we build compressed air rockets, make moon craters, and more.
